How Accounts Are Delivered

After your order is confirmed, your account will be delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. The email will include:

  • Login Credentials: Username/Email and a temporary or pre-set password (if applicable).

  • Access Instructions: Step-by-step guidance to log in and manage your account.

We strive to deliver all accounts within a 24-48 hour timeframe after purchase. However, in rare cases, delivery may take longer due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

What to Expect:

  • Standard Delivery: 24-48 hours.

  • Potential Delays: If demand is exceptionally high, delivery may extend beyond 48 hours.

If your account hasn’t been delivered within this period, please check your spam/junk folder and contact our support team for assistance. Rest assured, we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible.

We do not offer direct refunds, but we provide a replacement policy under specific circumstances to ensure your purchase is protected.

Eligible for Replacement:

  • You are eligible for a replacement of the exact same account if the account information is changed by an unauthorized third party within 7 days of purchase.

  • To qualify for a replacement, you must not have altered any critical account details.

Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • You are not eligible for a replacement if you:

    • Change the email associated with the account.

    • Modify the password.

    • Attempt to enable or change Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

    • Make any significant changes to the account’s settings yourself.

Yes, you can customize and change the details of your account, including the email, username, and password. However, please note that making any changes to these details will void your replacement warranty.

Important Information:

  • Account Changes Allowed: You are free to modify the email, username, and password after purchase.

  • Replacement Warranty: If you change any of these details, your eligibility for a replacement under our warranty is revoked.

If you wish to maintain your replacement warranty, it’s recommended to keep the account details unchanged for the first 7 days after purchase.
